6 Jul 1881 neglect of duty in not leaving proper instructions with the Reserve Constable PC 133 Rowberry at Central Station to deliver up a portion of the proper bar of metal connected with a felony case to the owner, owing to which property, other than that stolen, was produced at the Quarter Sessions resulting in the two prisoners charged with the offence being acquitted.
