27 Dec 1870 not coming off duty at 2pm, fined 1 days pay by the Chief Constable
6 Jul 1881 neglect of duty in not leaving proper instructions with the Reserve Constable PC 133 Rowberry at Central Station to deliver up a portion of the proper bar of metal connected with a felony case to the owner, owing to which property other than that stolen, was produced at the Quarter Sessions resulting in the two prisoners charged with the offence being acquitted. The Recorder, C Beasley Esquire QC commenting in strong terms upon the carelessness displayed by the Police, reprimanded by the Chairman of the Sub Watch Committee
