8 Jun 1881 neglect of duty in not finding that a shutter had been pullled down on his beat, the window having been broken and a quantity of goods abstracted therefrom, the property of Mr Robinson, draper, Carr Lane, severely reprimanded and cautioned by [the] Chief Constable
