29 Jun 1864 assaulting the wife of Thomas Mack on the 23rd inst., fined 3 days pay by the Watch Committee
13 Oct 1864 not coming off duty at 6am and when found at 6.30am being drunk in a show, fined 2 days pay and reprimanded by the Watch Committee
13 Feb 1865 being laid drunk and unfit for duty at 2.05am yesterday on Bishop Lane Quay and having lost his staff and lamp, fined 1 days pay and ordered to pay for the lost articles
3 May 1866 disorderly conduct in Waterworks Street at 6.15am, reprimanded by the Watch Committee
