1 Aug 1855 neglecting to return a duplicate into store after [the] last Sessions. Reported by Mr Joseph Firth for attempting to [indecipherable] some base money in payment for a glass of whiskey, fined 1 days pay by [the] Watch Committee
31 May 1859 being drunk when coming off duty at 9.30pm, fined 1 days pay and reprimanded [by the] Watch Committee
6 Aug 1859 being absent from duty from 5 to 7pm and when found being the worse for liquor, fined 2 days pay and reprimanded by the Watch Committee
