7 Aug 1865 having a female in the single men's kitchen at 2am yesterday and afterwards leaving the Station House contrary to orders, fined 2 days pay and severely reprimanded by the Watch Committee
27 Sep 1865 being half an hour absent from duty and when found being unfit for duty also for assaulting his Sergeant when going to the Station, dismissed the Force
