Description	The Elizabeth Strickland Westrope Cup was originally donated in 1947 by John Westrope to the East Riding Police to be awarded annually for the most gallant or meritorious act. The donor died in 1964 and made provision in his will for replicas of the cup and a certificate to be given to recipients of the award. The file also contains correspondence relating to investment of a Trust bequeathed by John Westrope.
