Bequests: Moiety of a house at Flamborough, (now occupied by her brother in law George Stephenson) to John Stephenson, son; house at Bridlington (now occupied by Thomas Stephenson) to Thomas Stephenson, son; house in Bridlington (occupied by herself) and £300 in trust to John Morris, Bridlington, surgeon and John Stephenson and Thomas Stephenson so the rent and interest is paid to Elizabeth Ashman, widow, for life, then the house to be sold and the proceeds to be distributed to Elizabeth Ashman's children; £3250 and the large Bible to John Stephenson, son; £40 each to the surviving children of Thomas Stephenson, son; 19 guineas to Julia Stephenson, daughter in law; 2 guineas to John Morris
