Thomas Levett died on 18 Jan 1840 leaving a will dated 3 Dec 1839 which left the closes to Thomas Smith, his nephew. He died 9 Jul 1858 leaving a will dated 6 Jul 1858 leaving real estate to his brother George Smith.
