Bequests: Cottage in Kilham occupied by Richard Robinson with orchard and garth containing quarter of an acre for life to Elizabeth Berriman, wife, then to Peter Berriman, son; dwellinghouse in Kilham and 2 little closes near by (lately purchased of William Watson), close containing 1 acre adjoining the Quakers' burial ground in Kilham and close of new inclosed land purchased of Miles Smith, and 2 allotments of land in the south side fields of Kilham containing 27 acres 3 roods 33 perches and another allotment of 26 acres 1 rood 34 perches adjoining lordship of Langtoft to Peter Berriman, son; remainder of real estate to John Berriman, son; £20 to Matthew Haxby ( a poor apprentice bound to my late brother William Berriman until the age of 24 years)
