Note: William Padget the elder married his present wife 20 Jan 1853. Daniel Dalton died 13 Apr 1836. Sarah Padget died at Wetwang on 9 Jul 1836 intestate leaving John Padget, her eldest son as heir. He died at Fullarton, Perth, Canada West on 31 Jan 1862 also intestate, leaving his eldest son William Padget the younger, who attained the age of 21 on 6 Jan 1862. Elizabeth Blakeston, Little Driffield, widow, who died 30 Apr 1870, left a share of property to her nephew William Padget the elder in her will dated 21 Dec 1865 .
