Bequests: Wearing apparel, furniture and household effects in my dwellinghouse and £200 to Eliza Brown, daughter; £10 to any grandchildren; dwellinghouses numbers 13, 14 and 15 and my dwellinghouse and shop number 20, all in Middle Street North, Great Driffield, to Eliza Brown, daughter, for life and then to Alfred Thornborough Brown, Richard Cobden Brown and William Appleyard Brown in trust to be sold and money to be divided equally between his children Alfred Thornborough Brown, Sarah Purdon wife of William George Purdon, Hannah Barker wife of Thomas Barker, George Henry Brown, Richard Cobden Brown and William Appleyard Brown.
