Note: Robert Wharram, Fridaythorpe, yeoman, who died 1 Dec 1853 left a will dated 9 Jul 1852. He devised an annuity of £30 on Mary Wharram, his wife, the annuity being chargeable on a farmhouse and land containing 230 acres in Fridaythorpe. The property was held in trust by Robert Sharpe, Fridaythorpe, farmer, brother in law, who died 15 Dec 1878 at Fridaythope, and his uncles Robert Brigham, Fridaythorpe, innkeeper, who died 31 May 1874 at Pocklington, and William Elgey, Holmefield, farmer, who died 23 Jun 1881 at Driffield
