Bequests: £10 to George Park, son of Reverend Park of Althorp, Lincolnshire; lands called Etton Park lying in Etton Dykes, 3 houses lying without the North Bar, Beverley, close adjoining Gallows Lane and close adjoining Kitchen Lane, both in Beverley, to Elizabeth Beilby, sister. If Elizabeth Beilby predeceases Benjamin Beilby all the property to George Park, and if he too predeceases Benjamin Beilby, to Miss Jane Dawson, daughter of the late Major Dawson of Ferriby, and if she predeceases Benjamin Beilby, to Mrs Ann Park, widow of Reverend Park.
