DescriptionGeorge England states he is the principal of the firm of Messrs England and Sons, solicitors, who acted for William Burn, late of Kingston upon Hull, cowkeeper, deceased, on his purchase from Thomas Krisopp Jackson, of a copyhold messuage and garth containing half an acre in Eastrington, within the Manor of Howden, and also a parcel of land in Asselby. Also that in the court rolls the surname used was Bourn, which should have been Burn.
