Bequests: Five dwellinghouses at Little Driffield occupied by Francis Kirby, William Garton, Thomas Stockdale, Charles Broadley and Richard Hardy to Sarah Walker, wife for life then to daughter Hannah Holtby, wife of William Holtby; household furniture and £100 to Sarah Walker; note that if there is a difference of opinion between Sarah Walker his wife and Rachel Walker his sister over ascertaining which furniture belonged to his father and is property of his sister the matter is to be settled by 'his dear friend' James Harrison of Great Driffield, merchant; messuage at Little Driffield with Keld Close containing 3 acres, their father's portrait to Rachel Walker, sister; £50 to Elizabeth Care, servant
