Bequests: Messuages in Little Driffield, land called Kiln Garth, two closes of meadow, close called Markham Hill and a close called Croft Close, all in Little Driffield, to Elizabeth Weatherill, his wife; dwellinghouse and garden in Great Driffield bounded by the High Street, the newly erected Methodist meeting house and some almhouses erected by his great uncle John Gray, for life to Elizabeth Weatherill, his wife, and then to William Weatherill, his son; a dwellinghouse in Great Driffield, Calf Garth containing 3 acres, land called Slaysdale containing 14 acres and a close in Eastfield containing 7 acres, all in Great Driffield, to be held by his wife until William Weatherill, his son reaches the age of 21
