Property: Dwellinghouse in Bridlington Key, near to the harbour, containing in front next to the town street 11 yards 6 inches, a stable with a chamber and garret over it, and yard lying to the south of the dwellinghouse, wharf on the south side of the garth, with malt kiln and granary lately erected
Consideration: 5 shillings
