Consideration: Fine of 12s 1d payable to Lord of the Manor
Note: Tenancy by will of John Phillips dated 2 Jun 1838. He died 22 May 1848. The will left the property to Elizabeth Phillips, his wife, during her life time, and then to their daughter Hannah Phillips. If they predeceased the testator the property was devised to the children of his brother George Phillips and John Kell (the brother of his wife)
