The main series of newscuttings are dated 1910-1928 and include Beverley rolls of honour and photographs of local men killed in action in the First World War, and the Beverley War Memorial Fund 1919-1922. Also includes handbills for performances at the Theatre Royal, Beverley, 1789 and 1792, ale house recognizance for John B Arden of Beverley 1810 and notice of support for Edmund Widdall to be town crier of Beverley 1849.
