HMS 'Raleigh' was lost in 1922 with the loss of 10 men. It was William Pakenham's flagship. Captain Arthur Bromley was tried by court-martial and found negligent and dismissed his ship. His second in command Commander Leslie Charles Bott was dismissed HMS 'Victory' and severely reprimanded.
