The 'Naval Review', covers 6 Jul to 11 Aug 1887 and is titled 'Record of services rendered during the Naval Review in the Jubilee year 1887 from letters written by Wm. C Pakenham Lieut. in Command of Torpedo Boat, No. 29'. Includes a list of trips taken in the Torpedo boat all of which were taken around the south coast.
'Naval Manoeuvres, 1888' covers 18 Jul to 12 Aug and relates to his time spent within the Training Squadron on board HMS Calypso around Ireland and Plymouth. |
