To discharge the school from legal expenses incurred in prosecuting and defending the school in Chancery and elsewhere against the suit of Sir William Reresby baronet concerning lands in Frybar (also known as Thrybargh), in return for lease of land for 21 years, of the same date. Master and Usher to pay for any appeal in the House of Lords.
