Half part of the Stinted pasture called Buckden Westwood, Cowe Close, Eee Close, Eshberr, Breadknott, Geavle, Sitheransyks, and the Towne Grene. With right to get turf and peat from the Byrks. Hunting fishing and hawking rights reserved (reference to the Fyrthe 40 acres) between the Byrks and Midlesmore for breeding game, parcel of the forest Langstrothdale. Rendering 30s yearly at the chapel of Hubbram
