Annuity of £10 reserved to Henry Dickinson on purchase by Sir Richard of lands in Arkendaile of Marmaduke Dickinson, brother of Henry Dickinson. Also covenants that £100 shall be paid within six months of his death by his executors to Thomas Dickinson of London, son of Marmaduke Dickinson, (as was also reserved on the recited purchase by Sir Richard) and binds his capital messuage and property in Eltofts as security for such payment
