Property: one and ahalf acres in Berford [Barforth] (ie 3 and half roods at 'le Esthend de Titellosaker' between lands of William Bikeman and of Robert son of Hugh; 1 rood at Burtsbusk under Langbanck near land of the said Geoffrey; and one and a half in Lynelandes between lands sometime of Emma lady of Berford [Barforth] and of the said Geoffrey). Rendering a rose yearly in the time of roses; and 2 mark of silver yearly if Geoffrey and his heirs hold the land longer than 20 years. William bound in 100s to recompence Geoffrey with lands and goods of equal value for any portion of the premises granted by dower or other means
