Includes references to having spoken to Groves about a letter of Attorney; having mentioned that his Law friends had said that Grimston might sue Lewis to an Excom[m]unication but he had made a mistake and he should have said an Outlawery; if Will Wilkinson cannot prevail he may make use of that threat; sending the Letter of Attorney and copies of the letters to Lewis and Reid with their Accounts; preparing for Yorkshire but Mr West and Beachcroft will take care of Grimston's requirements; Dick and Harry will possibly visit Kilnwick and the £60 paid by Mr Frazer having been paid to S[i]r D Legard
