Includes references to a mistake in the payment of £100 being no inconvenience to Grimston; Lady Legard; York; Mr Bridges having returned Grimston's money, which he has paid to his Uncle for Grimston's account; having delivered Grimston's message to Rob Legard; Grimston's ale having gone safe to Mynheer Cross but like the rest of his Country Men he is too engrossed in French Politicks to think of returning thanks for favours from English friends; Lady Legard and the rest of her family being well; heartily wishing Grimston a Nephew and his Uncle being quite out of wood at present and the tree that Grimston had cut down for him would be very acceptable
