Includes references to his uncle who should now be arrived in Scarb[o]ro[ugh]; consulting Dr Hebberden about Grimston's little boy, who says that if he gets the Chin cough the only method to treat him is to take away a little Blood and put him on a Blister as any other method would be too dangerous for a child of his age; offering the Doctor his fee but him being genteel enough not to accept; having written to Sir Digby about his box; having been to Mr Hogarths but his subscriptions having been full since May and asking for word of when he should send his hat down
