Includes references to Grimston's Head Ache; being disappointed that he cannot spend a week with Grimston before the York assizes; Cooper, who was to have accompanied him, having left him for love; having tried to find someone going to Scarb[o]ro[ugh] or Hull to share a Post Chaise with; having gone to Billingsgate to try to find a Captain of a ship that could land him at Scarb[o]ro[ugh]; having horses at York and possibly coming over on the Saturday night and possibly going from Grimston's house to Durham; keeping up a Club of four at the Mitre and there being no Pamp[h]lets worth the reading
