DescriptionThe first from Edm[un]d Strange at Rochester dated 10 Jun 1753 includes references to knowing that two wills had been executed by Adm[ira], the last being registered in the Court at Savona, a copy of which was sent home to Mr Grimston, the original being carried home by Mr Kilvington, the Admiral's nephew and delivered to Mr Grimston; the second from Edm[un]d Strange at Rochester dated 14 Jun 1753 includes references to the Admiral's last executed will having been carried to the Court at Savona and registered for fear of accidents in it's way to the executor, the original having been returned and carried home by Mr Kilvington and the first that was made in the Admiral's illness having been torn to pieces in a temper and the third from Jno Kilvington at Acomb near York which refers to the will that he brought home to England, which Casar has reported was not the last will that Kilvington's Uncle Medley made, which was given to Kilvington on board the Revenge and an amount that he may as well have had
