Description	Includes references to Captain Luck visiting Groves to inform of his pretentions against Grimston for the Surprize tender and that he has settled with Mr Jenkins for Mr Lewis' part, however Luck has drawn £60 from Mr Jenkins and Council have answered the queries and say that the captor and not the purchaser is liable to Mr Luck's demands; Mr Hardwick has visited Groves in distress, having a bailiff attending him and Groves has lent him 5 guineas
