Includes references to being at Mr Thompson's with Mr Greene's accounts; Luck, a former owner of the Surprize tender who has been with Groves to claim his pretentions to that ship taken from him by the Spaniards in 1739 and retaken from the French in 1745 and who has a letter from Louis; Mr Lewis' letter to Mr Thompson; no communication from Mr Read; General Hargrove is returned and is called to account for his administration and Groves may be called upon to speak on his behalf regarding his receiving a benefit for the introduction of cattle to the garrison and the garrison is new modelled and the duty on wine, which was formerly the Governor's is now to be brought to account
