Includes references to difficulties caused by Grimston not having proved Vice Admiral Medley's will; money and plate still detained aboard the Boyne by Captain Latham; the same difficulties expected at Port Mahon, except for Commissioner Trefusis and Mr Matthew Moriarty, the latter who has already remitted a balance; problems with Mr Byng about the money chest; Mr Trefusis has sold the Tayton and Sukey and these accounts are to be finished by Mr Millesent at Mahon; Diego or James Francis is Clerk at the victualling office in Mahon and was employed by Mr Medley to provide stock and has been selling 100 musketts for the Admiral; damage caused to the house by the Admiral's servants for which Mr Francis is asked to pay; discussions he has had with Mr Groves about the Admiral's accounts
