Description	Defends his request for money and his brother's severe reaction. Says that his plan was well thought through and some monies would have paid for the Frickley purchase[?] and that they could have profited by £3,000 or more if his brother had not withdrawn his capital. Will pay the £4,000 on bond on 16 January 1832.
