Says that Judson of Pocklingtons' price of timber should be given attention. Everybody believes the price of wheat will rally and he has tried to make two small shipments to Havre and London markets. He has 9,000 quarters of in safe warehouses. Mentions the effect of reducing the duty on wheat.
