Speaks of bankers bills and hopes they can meet their banker and have a clear scene[?] they will be better off than many. £13,000 is now advanced on the speculation. They are currently landing 800 quarters of wheat and in London good foreign wheat is very scarce. Mentions the extreme poverty of the country. There are[?] 30,000 quarters of good and hard wheat in Hull and nearly two thirds are included in their account and the other 10,000 are in only four people's possession..
