He does not wish his name to be used in any transaction relating to Henry and feels Henry sees him as an infamous character. Speaks of the relationship between Henry and Haworth but believes Haworth was justly owed the money. He thinks when Mrs H Rudston knows that Thomas Cutler Rudston-Read sent the money 'she'll be in convulsions for a fortnight to come'.
