Description	'To our well-beloved His Majesties attorney and solicitor general or either of them'. Relates to CS who has taught children Latin 'to a brief way and method' and wishes to publish his methods. Orders the drawing up of a ffiant for a book 'The Art of teaching the Latin speech' is permitted to pass the press and that no one can print the book without his permission. It has been passed by Lord Bishop of Armagh. The book is to 'tend the advancement of learning and produce a common benefit' and will be sold at reasonable rates.
