Description	Relates to those who continue to sell beer without a licence and contribute to His Majesty's loss of revenue. Commissioners to obtain bonds of £10 for those who have no licence to appear at the Court of Exchequer. If they refuse they are to go to jail until they become bounden. If the constable refuses to issue the warrants they are to be answerable for contempt.
