Description
Whereas a ship called the 'Spread Eagle' of Amsterdam, captained by Sir RP, around 28 July was surprised in Dublin Bay by certain Spaniards and Biscane. The ship was recovered from the pirates and the merchandise was inventoried and appraised at Dublin on 3 and 6 August. Goods were sold and the ship is to be returned to the owner.
