Description	Whereas a proclamation for the timely payment to His Majesty's Exchequer of His Majesty's rents and revenues due for the half year ending Easter last has not been honoured due to the backwardness of several of His Majesty's treasurers[?], the army and other offices and ministers have suffered. Those who were to pursue the defaulters complain that after the long and tedious journey to remote parts they discovered the defaulter had already repaired to Dublin to pay the debt and the pursuant lost their fees. The defaulters are now to be be acquitted until they present themselves to the pursuants first.
