Description	Regarding the petition of Robert Savill, Sergeant at Arms, who is unable to catch various people who have concealed themselves and who attack the sergeant and his deputies. Sergeant to obtain an affidavit from the Clerk of the Council who shall send the captain or chief of a company of soldiers to lay on the land until the delinquent is caught. Soldiers are not to exert any extortion or oppression on the country.
