With reference to the deed of 1703
Consideration: whereas Sir Thomas Rudston and his son, Thomas Rudston, did not pay £350 to Robert Gunby for the remainder of the term of 500 years and the money is still owing to William Burton and in consideration of £350 paid by Jeremiah Farrer and a further consideration of £100.
Property: Several tenures at Westow
Witnesses: Richard Burton, Thomas Brown, junior, Luke Lowther with witnesses to the receipt of the money and a Mary Farrer confirming she has received £450 on 4 April 1740 with £24 interest.
