The deed gives £200 to Edward Barnard over and acquits Margaret Anderson and Henry Tyrer and discharges them.
Consideration: £200 with £5 with 500 years with Margaret Anderson and Henry Tyrer to have, hold and occupy, possess the close or parcel of ground.
