| Description | That Thomas Cutler of Falthwait, Yorkshire, gentleman did agree to convey the manor and lordship of Calkwell, Lincolnshire to Nicholas Smith of Burwell. Nicholas Smith agreed to pay in consideration of £50 and then on 24 June next to pay £750 and £516, 13s 4d on 1 November and £1,240 on 16 June 1610 at Gracious Street.
