Bequests: all money, chattels, personal estate to his friend, William Read of Sandhutton; £20 which he holds as a trustee under his brother's will to his two grandchildren and £10 owing to Charity Virtue; 1 guinea a fortnight after Michaelmas annually for the use of the poor of Sandhutton until the whole is expended; the residue of the estate to be divided up for his neice, Mary, wife of Richard Clark of Hunmanby, farmer and other shares to his neice, Katherine, wife of William Seymour of Grimston; to neice, Elizabeth, wife of [-] Lockwood of London and other relatives, shares.
