Property: appointing all messuages, tenements and cottages lying in Youlthorpe and Sandhutton
Consideration: whereas the last will of Anthony Wilkinson granted her £1,500 but £4,000 if she married with consent, therefore giving her a marriage portion of £5,500. The lands for the use of Deborah Wilkinson and her heirs and assigns if William Read died after her and £350 annual rent from these lands.
