Property: south end of Conye Close and tithe[?] and 3 beastgates on the ox pasture according to the custom and one horsegate in the horse pasture commonly called Hilldale and also the priviledge of the [Aviary] and of all wintertime. That the beastgates should lie open and not enclosed and due to a decayed fence [?] Walter Rudston shall pay Richard Snyden 20 shillings during his natural life
