| Description | Ralph Creyke of Marton, esquire, administrator of John Twisleton, deceased, with other beneficiaries of the will of Judith Twisleton, deceased, widow of John Twisleton. They agree to surrender part of the Rawcliffe Estate of Boynton Boynton which was limited to the use of John Twisleton and Judith, his wife, in a deed of 15 Jun 1727 so that the residue of a term of 500 years created by that deed may merge in the estates now vested in the parties to the deed.
